I am a former high school cross country and distance track coach as well as being a life long runner. My experience includes working at a running shoe store. I learned a lot about running shoes and running injuries as a result of my shoe store interactions with thousands of runners. I work with all age groups. I have helped high school runners make dramatic improvements in their race times. As a runner now in my 60's, I have experienced the effects of aging and how to train in an age appropriate way, which is more a statement about listening to your body, recovery and cross training.
