I will show you the latest that exercise science has to offer about analyzing running gait. Learn the one aspect of gait that nearly all elite runners share from the 100 meter dash to the marathon.
I can give you a great workout plan, but if that plan does not take into consideration your form, you might be putting maximum effort in, and not getting maximum results, because you needed to sharpen one or two aspects of form. Our first meeting will involve doing an analysis of your form using video.
