Our first session will include a detailed analysis of your running form. I will video-record you running, then measure the angle of the shin in two segments of stride as well as the angle of the landing foot at touchdown. Using these measurements, I can tell you how close you are to the "Golden Ratio," what the Golden Ratio is, and how to achieve this ratio that is used by a high percentage of elite runners - from sprinters to ultramarathoners. Achieving the Golden Ratio can help prevent injuries, increase efficiency and speed.
Form Analysis: Adults - $40/hour. Middle School and High School - $30/hour. (Includes two videos and two still photos from the videos showing shin angles). I will provide recommendations to start you on a path to efficient form.
Work with me as much as you need: $40/hour.
Training Plans: $40/hour with weekly, twice monthly, or monthly (you choose) face to face meetings. Face to face meetings of one hour each. When creating a training schedule for an upcoming race, it is common, but not mandatory to dedicate a total of 18 to 24 weeks to the plan.
You are the focus. I work with all runners who want to run 800 meters or more, regardless of previous running experience and ability. From "couch to 5K" runner to marathon runner or collegiate athlete, I tailor your training specifically to your needs.
